These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of pingxbox.com and to the purchase of Ping X products supplied by PINGSAT, trading under the Ping X brand.

By purchasing a Ping X product or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. About Ping X

Ping X is a branded Android streaming device supplied for use with compatible applications and online streaming services.

Ping X devices are sold as hardware only. We do not provide any TV service, television channels or third-party content as part of the device purchase.

Some applications may be pre-installed for convenience, while other compatible applications can be installed by the customer.

Any subscription or account required by a third-party streaming service must be obtained separately from that service provider.

2. Third-Party Applications and Services

Ping X supports a range of compatible third-party applications and streaming services.

Applications such as RTÉ Player and ChurchServicesTV may be pre-installed on certain devices. Other compatible services may include applications such as Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ and similar platforms.

All third-party applications, trademarks, content and services remain the property and responsibility of their respective owners.

Ping X is not responsible for changes made by third-party providers, including changes to:

• application availability;

• subscription pricing;

• compatibility;

• functionality;

• content;

• login requirements; or

• discontinuation of a service.

Reference to a third-party service does not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement unless expressly stated.

3. Product Specifications

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, photographs and information displayed on our website or advertisements are accurate.

Minor changes may occasionally be made to firmware, packaging, software, accessories or components during the life of a product.

Such changes will not intentionally reduce the fundamental functionality of the product advertised.

4. Prices

Where prices are displayed or quoted, they are shown in euro unless otherwise stated.

Customers will be informed of the total price and any applicable delivery charges before agreeing to purchase.

Prices, promotions and availability may change without notice before an order has been accepted.

A reseller, wholesale or bulk price may differ from the normal individual retail price.

5. Orders

An enquiry submitted through our website does not automatically constitute an accepted order.

Orders may be placed through channels we make available, including our website enquiry system, WhatsApp, telephone, online marketplaces or other agreed methods.

An order becomes binding once we have accepted the order and confirmed the purchase with the customer.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example:

• a product is unavailable;

• an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred;

• payment has not been received;

• we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse; or

• we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.

If payment has already been received for an order that we cannot fulfil, the relevant payment will be refunded.

6. Payment

Payment must normally be received before products are dispatched unless we have agreed otherwise.

Available payment methods may vary depending on how the order is placed.

Customers should never send payment to an account or payment method that has not been confirmed through an official Ping X communication channel.

7. Delivery

We deliver using postal or courier services selected by us.

Estimated delivery times may be provided when ordering. Unless specifically agreed otherwise, delivery dates and times are estimates rather than guarantees.

We are responsible for the goods until they are delivered into the customer's possession, subject to applicable consumer law.

If there is a significant delivery problem, please contact us so that we can investigate it with the delivery provider.

8. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Consumers purchasing remotely may have statutory rights to cancel an order, including the applicable 14-day cooling-off period.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.

9. Faulty Products

Ping X products should be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and correspond with their description.

If you believe your device is faulty, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with details of the issue and proof of purchase.

Under Irish consumer law, consumers may have the right to terminate a purchase and receive a refund where qualifying faults arise within the applicable initial period. Other remedies, including repair or replacement, may apply thereafter.

Your statutory consumer rights are not restricted by any separate manufacturer's or commercial warranty.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modifications or damage caused by improper use are not considered manufacturing faults.

10. Software and Updates

Ping X devices may receive firmware, application or software updates.

Software interfaces, features and application versions may therefore change over time.

Updates may be made to:

• improve performance;

• improve security;

• fix software issues;

• introduce new features; or

• maintain compatibility.

We cannot guarantee that a third-party application will remain compatible with the device indefinitely where changes are made by that application's provider.

11. Internet Connection

Many Ping X functions require an internet connection.

Internet access is not included with the device.

Performance of online services can be affected by factors outside our control, including:

• internet speed;

• Wi-Fi coverage;

• the customer's network equipment;

• internet service provider performance; and

• third-party server availability.

12. Acceptable and Lawful Use

Customers are responsible for using their Ping X device in accordance with applicable law.

Ping X does not provide unauthorised access to copyrighted television, movies, sports or other protected content.

We are not responsible for software, accounts, subscriptions, services or content independently obtained, installed or configured by the customer after purchase.

13. Reseller and Trade Sales

We welcome enquiries from retailers, installers, resellers and other legitimate businesses.

Separate pricing and commercial terms may apply to bulk or trade orders.

Trade customers should contact us through the Reseller Enquiries section of the website.

Where goods are purchased wholly or mainly for business purposes, certain consumer protections that specifically apply to individual consumers may not apply in the same manner.

Any additional reseller or wholesale terms will be agreed separately where required.

14. Intellectual Property

The Ping X name, branding, product imagery, website design and original materials published on this website may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks appearing or referred to on the website remain the property of their respective owners.

15. Website Availability

We aim to keep pingxbox.com accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.

We may update, modify or temporarily remove website content where required.

16. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so or affects rights that consumers are entitled to under Irish law.

We are not responsible for disruption or loss caused solely by independent third-party services, applications, internet providers or platforms that are outside our reasonable control.

17. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, how it may be shared and your rights under applicable data-protection law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, website, business practices or legal requirements.

The version applying to an individual purchase will be the version in effect when that purchase is agreed.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory rights available to consumers under Irish or European Union consumer law.
